HRUŠECKÝ, R.: Mýty a realita e-learningu

We have engaged in both theoretical and practical aspects of e-learning at the Department of Informatics Education in Bratislava for several years. We examine different forms of their integration into preparing future teacher of informatics. We explore relations between e-learning and teachers and students. In this paper I would like to point out what e-learning means for teachers and students nowadays and what are its requirements in education. Many incorrect and distorted notions originate in relation to the implementation of e-learning as a new form of teaching and learning. In this paper I dissertate some of these misconceptions about e-learning.
